Returns Policy
Here are our terms for returning items bought & details of shipping:-
Items lost in transit
These can only be replaced or refunded if the shipment method selected was “signed for packages” - i.e. traceable.
Proof of shipping will be provided in this case & every endeavour from our side to locate the item will be made.
Items damaged in transit
Every endeavour is made to make sure that the products are received as sent.
Returns will only be granted for damage caused in transit due the packaging, once photographic proof has been given & accepted, in which case, on receipt of the damaged item a replacement will be sent out.

Postage for return of the item to Upon Angels Wings Ltd will be payable by the sender.
Notification of issue needs to be received within 48 hours of receipt of item.
Essential oil blends .
Returns cannot be accepted for essential oils blends that have been opened.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be calculated & added at checkout according to the Royal Mail Option selected.
These are calculated by weight (KG) & prices supplied by Royal Mail.
Despatch turnaround
Products will be despatched within 48 hours of the order being received & paid for.
